The Guest

For project 4 I have decided to work with a group and do a documentary. I think that with project 4 and any project that we have gotten it has always given us a chance to go outside of our comfort zone. I think that we need this kind of experience in order to grow. I have never done a documentary before but I am very excited! I mostly excited to experience meeting new people. I'm interested in their voice and what they have to say about my groups topic. I believe that the story was all about freedom of choice. Just as Daru did not decide to stay with the Arab we have the choice to either make our projects great or just leave it behind. We have the choice to step out of our comfort zone and learn and experience new things but some may just chose to leave that thought behind them and stay with what they know. I think that when Daru turned in the Arab he was suffering with the regret of doing so. I know in life I don't want to live with regrets and if I know that I have the chance to go out and try something new I want to grab at it. I don't want to say, "Well maybe I could have done this" "Only if" I would rather take a risk and fail then say I just could not do it. I am also a little nervous about starting something so new but like they say nothing ventured nothing gained!
